What exactly are enzymes? They are proteins that are responsible for every chemical reaction that goes on in your body, governing all functions related to your tissues, muscles, bones, organs and cells. Every second of our lives over 3,000 different enzymes are constantly renewing and changing, often at unbelievable speeds.

As a daily maintenance, take 3 capsules at bedtime on an empty stomach with 6
ounces of water. If taking at bedtime is not possible, you may take upon arising
in the morning on an empty stomach and refrain from eating for approximately 1/2
hour. Unlike digestive enzymes, which are taken with meals, systemic enzymes must
be absorbed into the bloodstream in order to be most effective. This is why
systemic enzymes must be taken on an empty stomach.
WARNING: Hemophiliacs and those
on prescription blood thinners should not use this or any other systemic
enzymes, as the enzymes help the drugs to work better and may overly thin the
blood.
