If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may contact us to request a Return Authorization with 30 days from the date of recorded delivery by the carrier.
Refunds will be issued less shipping, handling or other applicable charges required to package and ship the product. Only one opened item from a product order is eligible for return. All others of the same product and order must be in a factory-sealed container to be eligible for refund. Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department at email@example.com or 1-866-464-6659 within 30 days of date of delivery to receive authorization and return instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returns on a case by case basis and in cases of abuse.
